1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

CANDINI CLASSICHE srl is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. This return and refund policy has been developed in compliance with Italian and European regulations on distance selling and consumer rights.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1 Terms for withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

2.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication of his decision to withdraw from the contract via:

The communication must include:

  • Order Number
  • Date of purchase
  • Details of products to be returned

You may use the withdrawal form downloadable from our website, but it is not obligatory.

3. CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

3.1 Product status

Products must be returned:

  • Intact and undamaged
  • In resale condition
  • In the original packaging complete with all accessories, instructions and documentation
  • With all seals, labels and protections intact
  • Without signs of use other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

3.2 Products not suitable for return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery
  • Spare parts mounted on the vehicle and subsequently disassembled

4. RETURN SHIPPING

4.1 Terms for returns

The products must be returned within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal.

4.2 Shipping costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or products that do not conform to the order.

4.3 Shipping methods

We recommend using a traceable shipping service and insuring the package for the value of the returned products. CANDINI CLASSICHE srl is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transport.

5. REFUND

5.1 Refund timing

CANDINI CLASSICHE srl will refund the amount within 14 days from the date on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. However, CANDINI CLASSICHE srl may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

5.2 Refund methods

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not have to bear any costs as a result of such refund.

5.3 Refund amount

The refund will include the total price of the products and the standard delivery costs incurred for the initial delivery. If the customer has chosen a type of delivery other than standard, the additional cost will not be refunded.

5.4 Deductions from the refund

CANDINI CLASSICHE srl reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund in the event of a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves.

6. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

6.1 Legal guarantee

All products sold by CANDINI CLASSICHE srl are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), for a period of 24 months from delivery for private customers and 12 months for professional customers.

6.2 Reporting procedure

In case of defects or non-conformity, the customer must:

  • Contact customer service within 2 months of discovering the defect
  • Please provide a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photos or videos documenting the defect.
  • Wait for instructions to return the product

6.3 Available options

In the event of defective or non-compliant products, the customer has the right to:

  • Free product repair
  • Product Replacement
  • Proportional price reduction
  • Contract termination with full refund

The choice between these options will be determined based on the nature of the defect and the possibility of repair or replacement.

6.4 Shipping costs for defective products

Shipping costs for the return of defective or non-compliant products will be borne by CANDINI CLASSICHE srl.
